RESERVATIONS POLICY

GUARANTEE POLICY:

A credit card is required to book this hotel reservation. 

Full deposit due 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel inside of 14 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited.

For stays during holidays and special events a full deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited. At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

  • Photos of guestrooms are representative of the general design and decor of the rooms. The exact layout and view in any of the guestroom photos are not guaranteed.
  • Special Terms apply for Advance Rate Plans which are Fully Prepaid, Non Changeable, Non-Refundable and will be noted as such in the Rate Plan Description.
  • The registered guest must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at the time of check-in. Rooms will not be sold to those under 21 years of age.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD POLICY

The credit or debit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in. In addition to the deposit(s) taken prior to arrival, a pre-authorization amount will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold of a specific amount – it is not a charge to your account, but it can create a hold on those funds or against credit availability. We also may charge your card for any damages to the room or premises you or your guests cause. Once your actual incurred charges are posted at check-out, based on your bank, credit card company, or institution’s policy, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization amount to be removed. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your bank, credit card company, or institution handles all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. The hotel will not be responsible for any delay in releasing funds, or returning availability or any fees or charges by your bank, credit card company, or institution as a result of your use of a credit or debit card. We are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our hotel. We do not accept any third-party billing. This policy applies for all reservations.

DOG POLICY:

Edgewater Beach Hotel welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs must have them leashed at all times when outside of the suite and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100 per night, per dog; maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply, including our pools, restaurant, and beach. The city of Naples strictly enforces a fine for bringing a dog onto the beach. The hotel is not responsible for any fines you may incur for violating city policy. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Housekeeping service during your stay should be arranged either when you and your dog are not in the suite, or if you are, the dog must be leashed or crated.

Certified service dogs that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above.

RESORT FEE:

The daily resort fee provides every guest with:

  • In-room Nespresso coffee and bottled water*

  • Self-parking (Valet is available for $25 per night)
  • Morning coffee and afternoon beverage
  • Cookies and in lobby from 2 – 4pm
  • Nightly turndown service upon request
  • Shuttle service to downtown Naples 5th Avenue
  • Daily newspaper upon request
  • Business center for computing and printing needs
  • Pool towel service at the pool and beach*
  • Beach chair setup on our private beach*
    • One bedroom suites: two complimentary lounge chairs
    • Two bedroom suites: four complimentary lounge chairs
  • Complimentary guest laundry
  • Unlimited local calls and toll-free number access

100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity and no portion goes to any resort associate.

DAILY RESORT FEE:

$40 for one-bedroom suites
$50 for two-bedroom suites

*Additional quantities provided for our two-bedroom guests.

Advance reservations for Dining must be made directly with each outlet after confirming your Room Package Reservation. All packages exclude taxes, resort fee and gratuities.
A limited number of rollaway beds are available for select room types at a cost of $20 per bed, per day. 

On premises parking is limited to hotel guests only. Guests are allowed one car per suite. We suggest non-patrons or additional vehicles use the public parking located just south of the hotel or at Lowdermilk Park. Valet Parking is also available 24-hours for a charge of $25.00 per overnight stay and is complimentary for short-term visits to Coast Restaurant and Bar. Oversized vehicles, trailers, RV’s, and jet skis cannot be accommodated.

Grills and cook tops are not permitted inside suites, on suite patios or on the beach. Glass containers are also not permitted on the beach or pool deck.

Food consumption at the tables in Coast, at the Pool, and beach is limited to food and beverage purchased from the resort. Parents must accompany their children when ordering from the outlets. You are welcome to enjoy your own food and beverages in your suite or on your private patio, however, no outside deliveries will be permitted to the pool deck.

Private umbrellas and tents are not permitted on the beach as they are available for rental through the resort directly. Chairs are provided at no charge.

Private coolers are not permitted on the pool deck or beach.

In the interest of all guests, smoking is permitted in the designated area only, located at the glass panel, and also on North beach. Smoking is not permitted on the pool deck or at the pool bar and restaurant.

The pool deck will be open to resort guests for their enjoyment until 10:00 PM at which time the deck must be vacated. Personal speakers are not permitted on the pool deck without the use of headphones. We invite you to enjoy the evening at Coast Bar, or allow our Concierge to arrange a night out in Naples.
