Our Conference Services Manager will be pleased to handle any special presentation requests or
support systems for your meeting. Extensive audiovisual communications equipment is available
on-site or can be ordered to accommodate your group's needs.
BUSINESS SERVICES
All business services are handled through the front desk. Please contact the front desk for
assistance. A self-service business center is also available adjacent to the meeting rooms.
HOTEL TRANSPORTATION
Transportation ensures the proper first impression upon landing at Southwest Florida
International Airport (RSW), Miami (MIA), Tampa (TPA), or Fort Lauderdale International (FLL)
Airports, or the nearby Naples Municipal Airport (APF). Our courteous, uniformed professionals
have established a reputation for providing superior service and will assist in claiming
baggage, arrange for skycaps to handle luggage, and escort VIPs to waiting transportation.
Transportation needs for all of a group's attendees can be met with taxis, vans, limousines,
sedans, mini-buses or full-size motor coaches.
Groups may wish to attend a special event off property, during their stay at Edgewater, which
our Conference Services Department will happily coordinate. Golfing at the Naples Grande Golf
Club, a visit to Corkscrew Sanctuary, dinner and sightseeing through Naples' scenic waterways
on the Naples Princess paddle-wheel boat, or a tour of the Everglades can all be arranged by
our specialists.
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET
Each room is equipped with Guest-Tek High Speed Internet Access, both wired and wireless. Guests will have access to
the Internet at broadband speed for web-browsing, checking e-mail, or connecting to a corporate network using a
virtual private network.
